When ordering directly through beautysleep.com, most of our items will arrive to your home in 2-3 weeks. Typically, within 1 week of your order being placed, our delivery partner, RXO Logistics, will contact you to schedule out a delivery date and time based on when they expect to receive the product(s). Please note, we are not shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

All orders are conveniently delivered to your door with our complementary Standard Delivery. White Glove Delivery is available as an upgrade and includes in-home setup, trash removal, and old mattress disposal.

Returns
Your mattress purchase includes a 100-Night In-Home Trial. If, at any point during your trial, you are unhappy with your Beauty Sleep® mattress, simply reach out to us and we will help you initiate a return and receive a full refund of your purchase.

What are the differences between the Quilted Innerspring and Hybrid models?

  • Quilted Innerspring models are constructed with a Pocketed Coil® support system, cushioning foams, and a quilted surface for durable support with a standard mattress feel.

  • Quilted Innerspring Pillow Top models offer the benefits of quilted innerspring models, plus additional pressure relief due to the addition of pillow tops with contouring foams.

  • Hybrid models are constructed with a Pocketed Coil® support system, more pressure-relieving foams, and a smooth, body-contouring surface for a responsive, pressure-relieving mattress feel.

Does this mattress sleep cool?

  • All Beauty Sleep® mattresses feature AirCool® Foam, which helps promote a cool, comfortable sleep by enabling airflow through the mattress with its channeled design. Select upgraded models feature AirFeel™ Foam: an open-celled, soft, and quality foam located at the surface that helps provide airflow, performance and durability for the life of the mattress.

How thick are Beauty Sleep® mattresses?

  • Beauty Sleep® mattresses range in profile height from 11.5” – 14.25” depending on the model. Each model is available in a range of sizes and comfort options to fit the preference of the sleeper. You can use standard-size sheets with all Beauty Sleep® mattresses.

How do I know which comfort level to select in amattress?

  • Beauty Sleep® mattresses are offered in a range from Firm to Ultra Plush to suit the preference of every sleeper. While the correct mattress feels and comfort levels are subjective from person to person, we recommend the following guidelines to help you find the best mattress for you:

  • Stomach sleepers tend to benefit from an overall firmer feel. Try to avoid Pillow Top models and search for a mattress that offers an Extra Firm or Firm comfort level. These options will help provide the support stomach sleepers need. We recommend against purchasing any comfort options softer than a medium-feel, as plush models tend to be too soft for stomach sleepers.

  • Back sleepers usually benefit from a Firm-to-Medium mattress feel range. These mattress feels provide enough support to keep your neck and back aligned while providing relief to your critical pressure points.

  • Side sleepers usually benefit from Medium or Plush mattresses. Side sleepers may also consider Pillow Top models, as they provide additional softness to the mattress. Side sleepers often require additional relief from pressure in the hip and shoulder areas, which can be found with Medium, Plush, Extra Plush, or Pillow Top options.

  • While these guidelines help narrow your search, it is important to remember each person is unique and requires different levels of comfort.

How are Beauty Sleep® mattresses shipped?

  • Most Flat Mattress orders are delivered to your home within 1-3 weeks. Typically, several days after your order is placed, our delivery partner, RXO Logistics, will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time based on the products’ expected arrival to their facility.

  • All orders include Standard Delivery. With Standard Delivery, our shipping partners leave the mattress at your door. We also offer an upgraded, White Glove Delivery option. With White Glove Delivery, our delivery team will deliver and set up your mattress in the room of your choice. White Glove delivery also includes the removal of any packaging, your old mattress, and your old a box spring (if applicable). Customers will receive one setup and one removal per mattress ordered. All mattresses removed using White Glove Delivery must be in a sanitary condition.

  • Please note, we are not shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

Where can I try out a Beauty Sleep® mattress?

  • Beauty Sleep® mattresses are available for purchase at retailers throughout the United States. Retailers often select which products they will have on display for consumers to try and change their inventory frequently.

  • If you would like to test a specific mattress, we recommend calling your local retailer to see if they have it on display.

Do Beauty Sleep® mattresses use fiberglass?

  • Our models are not made with fiberglass. Each Beauty Sleep® mattress uses a fire-resistant knit double-layer in the border made of inherently fire-resistant rayon.

What certifications do Beauty Sleep® mattresses hold?

  • The foams used in our Beauty Sleep® mattresses are tested and certified by CertiPUR-US®, a 3rd-party foam certifier, to be free of known harmful chemicals and gasses. More specifically, our foams are tested to be free from ozone depleters, PBDE flame retardants, heavy metals, formaldehyde, phthalates, and low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).

Do I need a box spring?

  • We recommend pairing Beauty Sleep® mattresses with a supportive bed frame. Please use a Beauty Sleep® foundation to ensure compliance. If using a foundation, select a bed frame that provides rigid center support, along with support for the head, foot, and sides of the mattress. For King and Queen-sized frames, please ensure the frame includes a metal center support. If the bed frame does not include a metal center support, please ensure the bed frame includes at least five 1” x 4” hardwood or metal slats, with legs attached to the three centermost slats. If you choose not to support your mattress with the proper bed frame, damage may occur to the product. Any damage incurred by improper frame support will void this product’s warranty.

  • If you decide not to use a foundation, (for example, if you are using a platform bed frame) add a solid base on top of the open-slatted mattress support system (ensuring the spaces between the slats are greater than 2 inches, or 5 centimeters). If inserted between the mattress and the slatted platform, hardboard, plywood, particle board, or any similar material will provide the appropriate support, as long as it spans the entire surface area of the mattress. Use of an open-slatted mattress support system in which the spaces between the slats are greater than 2 inches (or more than 5 centimeters), without the addition of a solid base, will damage your mattress and void your warranty.

  • For all adjustable foundations, which are covered by a separate warranty, please see the owner’s manual for required support.
